INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
DATA NETWORK SPECIALISTS
Handle design, planning and upgrading of network infrastructure
* At least 2 years relevant work experience in Data Networking
* Strong background in LAN and WAN
* CCNA or equivalent work exposure in handling network equipment such as CISCO routers/switches and Nortel equipment
VOICE NETWORK SPECIALISTS
PABX Systems management, telecoms monitoring
* 3 - 5 years in the field of Information Technology, preferably in the field of Voice network platforms (PBX, CTI, IVR, etc.) and Telecom/Technical support
* A solid understanding of the technical aspects of a)Telecom, b)Voice platforms and some idea of a)LAN, b)WAN, c)Applications, and an appreciation of the interplay between these.
* Should have had the technical experience in CTI, Voice loggers and dialers
* Required skill(s): AVAYA Administration.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS
Responsible for providing on site support for desktop, telephone sets, printers, operating system, and office automation software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) to all internal users. cmm and track changes in any installation, movement, and repair of desktops, printers, telephone sets, headsets, etc. cmm and track changes in the logistics supply of IT equipment/apparatus such as spare desktops, laptops, telephone sets, headsets, printers, hard disk, etc.
* Required skill(s): Applications, LAN/WAN, Telecom, Voice Platform
* Exposure to the IT Services/IT Enabled Services industry is desired but not essential
* In the absence of an exposure to IT/ITES industry the candidate must have a strong 'Operations Support' experience
* Experience in working on a 24x7 support operations an added advantage
* Should have had the experience of working in teams
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS
Manage Windows/UNIX , Databases (SQL, Oracle), Applications (Exchange, SMS), Active Directory
* Exposure to the IT Services/IT Enabled Services industry is desired but not essential
* In the absence of an exposure to IT/ITES industry the candidate must have a strong 'Operations Support' experience
* Experience in working on a 24x7 support operations is an added advantage
* Should have had the experience of working in teams
* Knowledge of a)LAN, b)WAN, c)Voice, d)Telecom, e) IT Security or an appreciation of the interplay between these.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and schedule-shifting environment is a must
IT - HELPDESK
Responsible for providing first level support for employees and creation of trouble tickets of reported technical problems.
* Required skill(s): Applications, LAN/WAN, Telecom, Voice Platform
* Exposure to the IT Services/IT Enabled Services industry is desired but not essential
* Experience in working on a 24x7 support operations an added advantage
* Should have had the experience of working in teams
* Good communication skills
